Offboarding from Mangahigh
This is the support and offboarding plan for all Mangahigh customers.
- The Mangahigh cloud platform will remain operational until 24th January 2026 to allow all of our customers to download your class and student reports and data;
- Schools are advised to download all of the appropriate reports (Effort Report, Achievement Report, Grid Report etc) using the 3-dot menus in the Teacher Admin > Reports section of Mangahigh for all of your classes and students. See video links below for information about the process.
- Any schools with a subscription that extends beyond January 2026 will receive a pro-rata refund from Mangahigh in January 2026;
- After 24th January 2026 Mangahigh will stop working and all data will be securely deleted from our servers.
