Can I Locate, Archive & Restore Student Account?

Locate Student Account at Your School
  1. Click the Admin menu link
  2. Click STUDENTS
  3. Type the students' name in the search box
  4. Click the magnifying glass or hit enter to search

Archive Student Account

Note: Suspended accounts do not count against the number of licenses purchased and students's data is never deleted. Make a note of the suspended account details in case you want to restore it later.

  1. Click the pencil icon
  2. Click the bin icon
  3. Click Save
